Nominate for The European VC Hall of Fame & Meet the winner in our virtual fireside chat ๐ฌ
Doerr, Hoffman, Thiel, Khosla, Moritz. We all know the names of the famed Silicon Valley investors.
Too few of us know the names of the men and women who have blazed the trail in European venture. The European VC Hall of Fame is built to change this.
If I've seen further than others, it's because I stood on the shoulders of giants. The idea of the Hall of Fame award is to recognize those giants. There's a temptation to think that all of European tech happened in the last five years. Well, it didnโt.
European venture grew over decades and the Hall of Fame Award is to recognize those people that were there in the early days and who we really owe a debt to.

About the Hall of Fame Award
The Hall of Fame Award is a tribute to distinguished individuals who are retiring, stepping back from full-time roles, or transitioning to portfolio careers involving multiple firms. The award not only recognizes those who have contributed significantly to the European venture capital ecosystem but also those who have been a beacon of guidance and inspiration throughout their career.
Hall of Fame Selection Criteria:
Investment Track Record: Evaluating historical performance, including active investing in European venture for 20+ years and details on successful exits.
Contribution to the Industry: Recognizing nominees who are overwhelmingly regarded as positive influences on European VC, including mentoring initiatives, publications, and speaking engagements.
