What seems totally missing in the whole venture capital world is the ability to see the potential in new patented solutions and invest from start, regardless if there is a competent team on board. Now it is all about the team, without a team there is no possibility to get a VC investment, and to hire a professional team you need at least an €500k financing, so it is a Catch22 situation. To solve the dilemma it should be possible to have a conditional first investment that only is delivered if the recruited team is approved by the investors.
Great insights. Thanks for sharing :)
