As a member, we ask you to pledge the following:

Commitment to Invest: Invest in at least one deal in the EUVC syndicate annually. Your first investment within the syndicate counts as a commitment for the first year.

Active Deal Sharing: Actively share deal flow you're investing in or consider strong candidates for an LP investment.

Sharing Impact: Report back on investments you've made after discovering them through the EUVC community.

Engage & Contribute: Be an active and engaged member of our community. Participate in our sessions, co-lead deals with us, refer new members and share insights.

Keep Information Updated: Regularly update your information to stay connected and make the most of our thriving community.

NDA Commitment: Respect the non-disclosure and non-circumvention policy. All information shared within the community must remain confidential and not be shared with external parties.

Our membership is "annual," re-considered each year based on your fulfilment of this pledge.
