Dave Bailey is CEO of Founder Coach® and a CEO coach who primarily works with founders leading venture-backed technology companies. He spent 15 years building companies, including Delivery Hero, which IPO’d in 2017, before moving into venture capital and later making coaching his full-time focus.
To date, Dave has coached more than 250 CEOs from Series A to Series D across the US, Europe and Latin America. His work focuses on the challenges founders face as their companies scale, particularly leadership, organisational growth and the changing role of the CEO. He also writes about founder leadership and has developed more than 500 frameworks and visual models based on his coaching work.
