You’ll work directly with the founders, gain exposure to Europe’s top investors and entrepreneurs, and play a key role in how EUVC operates day-to-day.

Today, we reach tens of thousands of investors across Europe through media, events, and education, and we’re building a broader platform for European tech.
The Role
This role sits at the center of how EUVC delivers for its partners.
As we grow, we work with more sponsors and partners across content, events, and other initiatives. This role exists to make sure everything we commit to is delivered smoothly and on time.
You’ll coordinate between sales, content, and operations, ensuring that deliverables are clear, tracked, and executed.
This is not a strategy role. It’s an execution and coordination role focused on reliability and follow-through.

Your role is to connect all of this and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Core Responsibilities
Own delivery tracking: Ensure all partner deliverables (podcasts, newsletters, event involvement, etc.) are clearly tracked and completed on time
Coordinate internally: Work with content, production, and founders to ensure everything is aligned and scheduled
Partner communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with partners on timelines and deliverables
Trigger operations: Coordinate with ops for contracts and invoicing when deals are closed
Follow-ups: Proactively chase tasks and ensure nothing is missed
Keep things organised: Maintain clear visibility on what’s been sold, what’s in progress, and what’s completed
Growth Path
Take on more responsibility across partner delivery and coordination
Build simple processes and tracking systems for partnerships
Grow into a more central role in how EUVC manages and delivers partnerships

What We’re Looking For

Compensation
€22,000 – €26,000 annual gross (full-time equivalent), depending on experience
Role expected to start on a part-time or contractor basis (roughly 50%), with compensation adjusted accordingly
Location & Working Setup
This role is based in Portugal and includes in-person presence, though part-time flexibility is expected.
