Part-time / contractor, with path to full-time

This is an opportunity to work closely with one of Europe’s fastest-growing venture platforms, ensuring that the partnerships and content we sell are delivered reliably and at high quality.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and dependable to help coordinate partner deliverables and make sure nothing slips.

You’ll work directly with the founders, gain exposure to Europe’s top investors and entrepreneurs, and play a key role in how EUVC operates day-to-day.

About EUVC

EUVC is Europe’s venture platform - the place where Founding Partners of Europe’s top venture capital funds connect. We started more than five years ago with a simple idea: tell the untold stories of venture capital in Europe through podcasts and newsletters.

Today, we reach tens of thousands of investors across Europe through media, events, and education, and we’re building a broader platform for European tech.

The Role

This role sits at the center of how EUVC delivers for its partners.

As we grow, we work with more sponsors and partners across content, events, and other initiatives. This role exists to make sure everything we commit to is delivered smoothly and on time.

You’ll coordinate between sales, content, and operations, ensuring that deliverables are clear, tracked, and executed.

This is not a strategy role. It’s an execution and coordination role focused on reliability and follow-through.

Where This Role Fits

  • Sales closes partnerships

  • You ensure they are delivered properly

  • Production creates the content

  • Ops supports contracts, invoicing, and systems

Your role is to connect all of this and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own delivery tracking: Ensure all partner deliverables (podcasts, newsletters, event involvement, etc.) are clearly tracked and completed on time

  • Coordinate internally: Work with content, production, and founders to ensure everything is aligned and scheduled

  • Partner communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with partners on timelines and deliverables

  • Trigger operations: Coordinate with ops for contracts and invoicing when deals are closed

  • Follow-ups: Proactively chase tasks and ensure nothing is missed

  • Keep things organised: Maintain clear visibility on what’s been sold, what’s in progress, and what’s completed

Growth Path

  • Take on more responsibility across partner delivery and coordination

  • Build simple processes and tracking systems for partnerships

  • Grow into a more central role in how EUVC manages and delivers partnerships

  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role as scope and performance grow

What Success Looks Like (6-Month Impact)

  • All partner deliverables are tracked and delivered on time

  • No missed commitments or surprises

  • Clear visibility across the team on what needs to happen and when

  • Founders are no longer involved in day-to-day coordination of partner delivery

  • Partners have a smooth and professional experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised: You keep track of details and don’t let things slip

  • Reliable: People can trust you to follow through

  • Proactive: You chase things before they become problems

  • Good communicator: Clear and professional written communication in English

  • Comfortable coordinating: You’re okay following up with different people and keeping things moving

  • Early-career profile: Internship or 1–2 years of experience in operations, events, agencies, or similar

This role is best suited for someone early in their career who wants to learn how partnerships and operations work in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation

  • €22,000 – €26,000 annual gross (full-time equivalent), depending on experience

  • Role expected to start on a part-time or contractor basis (roughly 50%), with compensation adjusted accordingly

Location & Working Setup

This role is based in Portugal and includes in-person presence, though part-time flexibility is expected.
