SEK 2.5m · Other round · Software · Kalmar, Sweden
Aday Systems, a Kalmar-based platform that gives recruiters and clients a shared workspace for candidates, feedback, status and next steps, has raised a SEK 2.5m funding round from Almi Invest, Annexstruktur, KICK Capital and several angel investors. According to Almi Invest, the capital will support the company's push into sales, paying-customer growth and a scalable commercial model.
A shared workspace for the part AI does not automate
Recruiting software often optimises candidate sourcing or applicant tracking, while the hiring decision still unfolds across inboxes, meetings and documents. Aday is concentrating on that hand-off: a visual workspace shared by recruiters and external clients. Bringing feedback and next steps into one view can reduce the coordination lag that stalls searches after candidates enter the process.
That focus also shapes the commercial challenge. Recruitment, search and staffing firms must persuade clients to use the workspace, so adoption depends on fitting an existing service relationship rather than replacing an internal system outright. The round gives Aday room to test whether stronger client collaboration can become a repeatable sales argument and support a scalable subscription business.
