Arcustin Games, an Istanbul mobile game studio developing hybrid-casual puzzle titles, has raised a $500k pre-seed round led by Webrazzi GSYF at a reported $10m valuation. Founded in 2025 by Barış Dikici and Tolga Dikici, the studio says it will use the capital to expand its team, complete its first game and fund user acquisition. Arcustin describes its approach as AI-native, combining AI-supported production with a lean structure designed to make revenue- and growth-focused decisions across multiple games.
The first game must prove the production model
Hybrid-casual studios have to balance rapid testing with enough depth to retain and monetise players. Arcustin is betting that AI-supported production and a small team can shorten the path from concept to market test. If that lowers the cost of each experiment, the studio can reject weak ideas earlier and concentrate spending on the games that show stronger player behaviour.
The model is still unproven because Arcustin has not released its first title. Completing the game and funding user acquisition will produce the data that matters: acquisition cost, retention and monetisation. Those results will show whether the studio has built a repeatable production advantage or simply a faster way to generate prototypes.
