Autofixer, a Warsaw-based online car-parts platform, has secured €3m in venture debt from Orbit Capital. The company says the financing will support European expansion, further development of its platform and AI tools, growth of its team and a planned driver app. Czechia is the next named market, with sales expected to begin within a month.
Product data is the operating layer
Buying a replacement part is not simply a catalogue search: components that look alike can differ between versions of the same vehicle, while manufacturers and distributors use different identifiers. Autofixer combines vehicle information, parts catalogues, supplier listings and records of earlier successful matches to help customers identify compatible products. Automation and AI support data analysis and the preparation of listings.
The operating model separates inventory from the customer layer. Distributors provide products and availability; Autofixer integrates their offers and handles customer acquisition, marketing and service in each market. Puls Biznesu reports that the company does not hold its own warehouse stock and purchases a product after a customer places an order. That limits the need to reproduce a full physical operation in every country, but international growth still requires local offers, payments, delivery and support to work reliably.
Debt arrives after operating scale
Autofixer says it processed more than 840,000 orders and generated PLN 180m in revenue during the first ten months of 2026. It expects to reach one million orders and PLN 230m in full-year revenue, and says monthly EBITDA has been positive since July. Those are company-reported figures, but they explain why the financing is debt rather than another disclosed equity round: Orbit Capital is lending against an operating business with recurring transaction volume and cash-generation evidence.
The company previously raised equity from Montis Capital in 2023 and 2025. Its chief executive, Szymon Jezierski, told XYZ that venture debt can fund working capital and new-market expansion without immediately changing the ownership structure, while the company considers an equity round in 2027. The trade-off is repayment discipline. The useful proof point will be whether new markets and owned e-commerce channels add enough durable margin and cash flow to service the facility, not simply whether Autofixer opens in more countries.
