€200,000 · Crowdlending · Industrial data infrastructure · Spain
beXReal has closed €200,000 in crowdlending through Crowdlending Bizkaia for TwinParks, its platform for connecting data across industrial parks. Seed Capital Bizkaia says the financing closed in 12 hours. TwinParks is designed to connect companies, sensors and infrastructure so that industrial sites can develop shared services around energy, logistics and security while participants retain control of their data.
The financing is a participatory loan, within Tech.eu’s broader Crowdfunding category. It is not an equity crowdfunding round.
Shared industrial services start with permission to share data
An industrial park contains information that could be more valuable when connected: transport movements, energy use and infrastructure availability affect several occupiers at once. Yet each organisation needs a reason to participate and confidence about what happens to its data. TwinParks connects to Europe’s broader effort to make industrial data usable across organisational boundaries while preserving control.
For beXReal, the commercial task is to turn that shared information into services that park operators and occupiers will use. A common technical foundation could make deployment in another park easier, but participation has to be earned locally. Clear benefits for the first contributors matter because a data network cannot demonstrate its full value before they join.
