To do that, we need people who can help us transform ideas into content quickly, reliably and at scale.
The Content Producer is critical to making that happen.
The role
The Content Producer exists to help EUVC ship content.
You’ll take conversations, transcripts, podcast episodes, event insights, founder discussions and rough concepts and turn them into publishable assets.
You are not expected to define editorial strategy or own the content system. Instead, your role is to operate within the system and maximise output, consistency and speed.
This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who loves shipping content in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from turning ideas into output, moving content from concept to publication and helping EUVC consistently ship across channels.
The best candidates for this role don't wait for perfect briefs. They thrive on momentum, work well with ambiguity and are energised by seeing content reach an audience.

Content is EUVC’s growth engine.
The Content Producer sits at the centre of the execution layer that keeps the engine moving.
Your role is to take ideas, conversations, podcasts, events and other source material and turn them into publishable content. You will help ensure that valuable insights don't stay inside recordings, transcripts or meetings, but instead become content that reaches our audience.
You will work within an established content system, helping EUVC consistently create and ship high-quality content across its existing formats and channels. You'll use AI and modern tools to increase output, reduce friction and help maintain a reliable publishing cadence.
This is not a marketing role. You are not responsible for audience acquisition, paid distribution, campaign management or growth marketing.
This is not a strategy role.
This is a role for someone who loves content and loves shipping.
Core responsibilities
Content creation & repurposing
Turn podcast episodes into multiple content assets.
Convert event insights into newsletters, social posts and discussion prompts.
Create content from transcripts, recordings and founder conversations.
Produce first drafts using AI and refine them into publishable assets.
Identify key insights and extract content opportunities.
Multi-channel content production
Create content for newsletters, LinkedIn, X, community channels and other distribution formats.
Adapt the same insight into multiple content formats.
Prepare content packages ready for publication.
Content shipping
Help ensure content moves efficiently from idea to publication.
Support publishing calendars and deadlines.
Coordinate content deliverables with internal and external contributors.
Help remove bottlenecks from the production process.
AI-enabled production
Use AI tools extensively to accelerate content creation.
Continuously improve personal workflows and production efficiency.
Experiment with new tools and approaches that increase output.
Content operations support
Maintain organised content libraries and archives.
Follow documented workflows and standards.
Contribute ideas that improve speed, efficiency and output quality.
What success looks like (6-month impact)
You’ve become a reliable part of EUVC’s content engine, consistently turning ideas, conversations and source material into published content.
Content moves faster from concept to publication, helping EUVC increase output without sacrificing quality.
Major podcasts, events and discussions are systematically repurposed into multiple content assets across channels.
AI is effectively integrated into your daily workflow, increasing production capacity and reducing manual effort.
Publishing cadence is predictable, content is delivered on time and the team can rely on you to execute independently.
You’ve developed a strong understanding of EUVC’s audience and can identify valuable content opportunities with minimal guidance.
The Content System Owner spends less time producing individual assets and more time improving the system because you consistently execute within it.

What we offer
