€2.7m · Pre-Seed · Cybersecurity · Milan, Italy
CyberKord has raised €2.7m in Pre-Seed funding to develop an AI platform that investigates and resolves IT and cybersecurity issues. 360 Capital led the round, with Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento participating, according to Tech.eu.
Closing the gap between an alert and a fix
Security tools can detect suspicious activity quickly, but remediation often crosses several systems and teams. CyberKord builds a digital twin of a customer's IT environment that maps infrastructure, software, identities and their relationships. Its AI can take an alert, support ticket or message from Microsoft Teams or Slack, identify a likely cause, simulate a corrective action and then apply the fix through tools the organisation already uses.
The commercial mechanism is orchestration rather than replacement. CyberKord is designed to work across cloud and on-premise systems, letting customers keep their existing monitoring and management stack while adding an execution layer. Organisations choose how much autonomy to grant, and actions are logged for review. That can make deployment easier than replacing core security products, but it also means the platform must integrate reliably with many vendors and permission models.
Enterprise pilots will test controlled autonomy
The financing will fund platform development, technical and commercial hiring, and initial pilots with large European companies in manufacturing, technology, healthcare and telecommunications. Those environments combine sensitive systems with different tolerances for automated action, making the pilot design central to adoption.
CyberKord's next proof point is whether its digital twin stays accurate as infrastructure changes. A simulated fix is useful only if the model reflects current dependencies and access rights; an outdated map can turn automation into a new source of operational risk. The product therefore has to show both speed and restraint: shortening incident resolution while preserving clear approvals, rollback paths and evidence for security teams.
Founded in Milan in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli, CyberKord is entering a market crowded with alerting, workflow and AI-agent products. Its differentiation will depend on whether customers trust it to move beyond recommendations and carry out bounded actions across the systems they already run.
