Paris-based Delos, which builds autonomous AI workers for enterprises, has raised €10m in Series A funding from Bpifrance, C4 Ventures and Founders Future. Le Monde Informatique reported that the capital will support product development, commercial hiring in France and internationally, and expansion into the US.
Enterprise agents need continuity, not isolated tasks
Delos is designing AI workers with their own work identities and long-term memory, aiming to let them carry context across assignments rather than start again with each prompt. That targets a practical barrier to enterprise automation: useful work often depends on previous decisions, internal conventions and the history of a project, not only the latest instruction.
The commercial implication is that deployment becomes an organisational integration problem. An agent that remembers context must also respect permissions, preserve traceability and stay aligned as policies change. Delos can create durable value if customers trust its workers with recurring processes and accumulate useful institutional context; the same persistence raises the cost of weak governance, making controls part of the product rather than an afterthought.
