$1.1m · Seed · Software · Istanbul, Türkiye
egaranti, an Istanbul-based warranty-management software company, has raised $1.1m in pre-Series A funding from Hedef Holding, Aloqa Ventures, Techpoint and angel investors. The company will use the capital to expand in Uzbekistan, enter Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, and launch a consumer app in Türkiye.
After-sales records become a recurring workflow
egaranti brings warranty certificates, product manuals, service requests, extended warranties and insurance processes into one digital system for brands and retailers. Consumers can register and track coverage without keeping paper documents, while companies manage claims, automate workflows and see recurring product or service issues in one operating record.
The value is not limited to replacing paper. Warranty work usually moves between the retailer, manufacturer, service network and customer, creating hand-offs that are hard to measure. A shared platform can reduce that coordination burden while turning service history into data a brand can use to spot defects, improve support and sell extended coverage. That makes the software useful both as an efficiency tool and as infrastructure for new after-sales revenue.
The company says more than 190 brands use its infrastructure, it has digitised over eight million warranty certificates and reached 2.5 million consumers. It also reports more than 200 points of sale for extended-warranty packages and monthly sales above 10,000 packages. Those figures are company-reported, but they show that the product already spans both business software and consumer transactions.
Regional distribution is part of the product
egaranti has opened an office in Uzbekistan and says its model is already running through Artel stores there. The next phase pairs that retail distribution with launches in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. In Türkiye, the planned consumer app would let people buy extended-warranty and maintenance packages and manage products, warranties and insurance from a phone.
This expansion tests whether the same software and commercial model can travel across service networks and retail partners. The core product can be reused, but each market still requires local manufacturer relationships, repair capacity and customer trust. The financing gives egaranti room to build those routes in parallel. Its next proof point will be whether new integrations and points of sale translate the existing warranty record into repeatable regional transaction volume.
