€1.7m · Seed · Legaltech · Vilnius, Lithuania
Vilnius-based EnforceShield, an online intellectual-property enforcement platform built with legal expertise, has raised €1.7m in seed funding led by Vendep Capital, with FIRSTPICK VC participating. The company announcement says the capital will expand autonomous enforcement capabilities. LRT reports that the US is EnforceShield's main growth market.
Enforcement moves from monitoring to workflow
Finding an infringing listing or account is only the start of brand protection. Evidence must be validated, takedowns submitted, responses monitored and difficult cases escalated. EnforceShield is packaging those steps into one workflow, aiming to reduce the legal and operational labour required to act across fragmented online channels rather than simply producing more alerts.
That end-to-end approach matters commercially because customers buy outcomes, not detection volume. Automation can lower the cost of pursuing smaller infringements that teams might otherwise ignore, while attorney-designed escalation helps preserve judgement where platforms or counterparties resist. US expansion will test whether EnforceShield can adapt this operating model to a larger market without adding service costs at the same rate as cases.
