We're humbled and energised by the incredible crowd at this year's EUVC Summit, which sent a clear signal that European tech has stopped asking for permission and started setting the pace. From morning to evening, one thing stood out: the ecosystem isn't just growing, it is maturing.
A strong reminder to double down on our mission of connecting the people, capital and companies building Europe through media, community and events where it matters most.
Our speakers shared insights across a wide range of topics, from company building and AI to venture strategy, fundraising, capital allocation and structural shifts in Europe, as well as energy, pensions, manufacturing, quantum and longevity.

Dave Bailey of Delivery Hero and Founder Coach set the tone early with a sharp reminder that “simple scales, complex fails.” Harrison Rose, Co-Founder of GoodFit and Paddle urged companies to “treat AI like your best employee,” arguing that AI’s superpower is making decisions and that this is where GTM is headed.
Murvah Iqbal of HIVED, in conversation with Nick de la Forge of Planet A Ventures, shared what it takes to build a physical business in Europe.
Tenet’s Sahil Patwa added a practical angle on AI roll-ups, focusing on a shift from selling tools to delivering outcomes through AI-powered services, leveraging AI internally to operate faster and at software-like margins and using existing service relationships as a foundation for growth.

These were just a few of the many insights shared throughout the day. The breadth of topics reflected the reality of European tech today: deep, diverse and increasingly consequential.
Alongside the summit, we were proud to host the EUVC Awards together with Isomer Capital, recognising the people and organisations driving the ecosystem forward. Winners across all categories were selected by an independent panel and assessed not only on returns, but on firm building, impact, diversity and contribution to European venture.
Huge congratulations to this year’s EUVC Award winners and their representatives:

As Chris Wade, Chairperson of the EUVC Awards and Partner at Isomer Capital, put it: “The EUVC Awards are about shining a spotlight on the investors who are truly building world-leading companies and driving Europe’s venture ecosystem forward. There is a deep pool of talent here that does not always get the recognition it deserves. This is about changing that by bringing the right people and stories to the forefront.”
On behalf of the entire EUVC team, thank you to all partners, sponsors, speakers and participants who made the 2026 EUVC Summit an incredible day.
The strength of the room spoke for itself, bringing together the people building Europe and the investors backing them, creating the kind of conversations that only happen when the right crowd shows up with intent.
This is exactly what EUVC is about: building a platform where meaningful connections form, ideas are challenged and new possibilities take shape. We are grateful to everyone contributing to that momentum.
See you in London on April 21, 2027. Super early bird tickets are now live! Secure yours before they’re gone.

In the meantime, the EUVC podcast brings you conversations around European tech, with some of the most prominent voices in venture and beyond.
With gratitude,
Andreas, David and the EUVC Team
