$250m · Other round · Consumer · Madrid, Spain
Fever has raised $250m in primary equity led by EQT, with participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford and existing investors. The Madrid-founded live-entertainment discovery and ticketing platform will use the capital to expand internationally and deepen its investment in original experiences and partnerships.
Supply depth turns discovery into a marketplace moat
Fever operates both sides of the market: it helps audiences discover experiences while giving organisers, venues and creators distribution and demand insight. That is more defensible than ticketing alone when a broader catalogue produces better audience data, which in turn improves programming and customer acquisition. The company says revenue has tripled since its previous financing and that it is EBITDA-positive.
The commercial question is whether Fever can reproduce dense local supply in each new market. The fresh capital gives it room to fund productions, secure partnerships and launch in additional cities, but app downloads alone will not determine the return. Repeat transactions, exclusive inventory and the ability to turn demand signals into successful programming will.
