Over €1m · Seed · Robotics · Prague, Czech Republic
FLÆ Robotics has raised over €1m in Seed funding from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels. The Prague company will use the capital to develop BE-A, deepen integrations with hotel systems, grow its team and expand into more international markets.
Turning guest messages into completed tasks
BE-A is an AI agent for hotel front desks. It handles guest communication across channels including email, phone, WhatsApp and web chat, and is designed to act inside hotel systems rather than stopping at an answer. A reservation request, for example, can move from a conversation to a booking without requiring reception staff to re-enter the same information.
That distinction is central to the product's commercial case. Hotels already have chat tools, booking engines and property-management software; adding another inbox would create more work. FLÆ instead has to make its agent dependable across those existing systems, languages and workflows. The value for a hotel comes from completing routine transactions around the clock while leaving exceptions and guest-facing judgement to staff.
Integration depth is the scaling test
FLÆ says BE-A is used by more than 60 hotels across the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic. The company reports that the platform handled about 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July and August 2026, including more than 3,400 bookings completed without human intervention. These are company-reported metrics, but they provide a more useful adoption signal than message volume alone because completed bookings connect automation to a hotel's revenue workflow.
The round now funds a product and distribution challenge rather than an initial demonstration. More integrations can make BE-A useful to a broader hotel base, but each additional property-management system and local operating process adds implementation and support work. FLÆ's ability to standardise those connections, maintain accurate hand-offs and show repeatable booking outcomes will determine whether its 60-hotel footprint becomes a scalable software business rather than a collection of tailored deployments.
