Geneva-based Flottando, which builds AI software for corporate fleet operations, has closed an undisclosed pre-seed round led by HFGA Investment Holding, with FONGIT also backing the company. HFGA executive board member Luca Ziche has joined Flottando's board as a strategic adviser.
The financing marks Flottando's first institutional capital after three years of bootstrapping and accompanies its exit from stealth. The company has not disclosed a specific allocation for the new capital.
Moving fleet software from records to execution
Corporate fleet administration cuts across finance, HR, procurement and IT, leaving invoices, contracts, tax treatment, fines and mileage controls spread across teams and systems. Flottando is building an AI-native platform that connects those records and automates tasks such as coding lease invoices into ERP systems and flagging mileage before overage penalties.
That approach moves fleet software beyond vehicle tracking into operational accountability. The commercial advantage depends on integrations and domain rules that remain reliable across companies and countries: automation saves time only if each document is matched to the right vehicle, driver and cost centre. Italy's administrative complexity provides a demanding first market before broader European expansion.
