€12m · Growth financing · Digital fund operations · Bertrange, Luxembourg
fundcraft, which combines fund administration and regulated management services with a shared software platform, has raised €12m in growth financing. Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP co-led the round, with existing investors 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture participating. The company will expand into additional European jurisdictions, deepen its offering for institutional private-equity funds and develop AI-supported workflows.
One set of fund data, fewer operational handovers
Fund operations become expensive when investor information has to be re-entered across onboarding, administration, reporting and distributions. fundcraft brings those processes onto a common data foundation while providing the regulated services behind them. That connects its growth to a structural issue in European private markets: funds expanding across borders must reconcile different operating requirements without multiplying manual work.
The commercial opportunity is to make each additional fund easier to service because the underlying processes are already connected. Entering another jurisdiction still requires local expertise and operating capacity, so this is a software-and-services expansion. For fundcraft, the advantage will depend on how much of that shared foundation survives local adaptation and reduces the cost of serving more complex clients.
