€1.4m · Seed · Gaming · Treviso, Italy
Gamindo, a Treviso-based platform for interactive corporate training, has closed a €1.4m seed round. Club degli Investitori, Vento, Doorway and Zanichelli Venture participated alongside the four Bending Spoons co-founders, former Apple CFO Luca Maestri, King founder Riccardo Zacconi, Docebo founder Claudio Erba, Docebo CEO Alessio Artuffo and other angel investors. The company says the funding will support product development and international commercial growth.
Gamindo is also launching an AI Adoption vertical aimed at turning workplace AI training into practical, measurable skills.
Faster content creation can move training from project to product
Corporate learning teams often choose between generic modules that are quick to deploy and custom content that takes weeks to build. Gamindo Builder converts documents and prompts into gamified, SCORM-compatible learning experiences, then tracks how people interact with them. If that workflow shortens production without sacrificing relevance, customers can update training more often instead of treating each course as a separate project.
The new AI Adoption vertical gives Gamindo a timely test of that model because workplace AI practices change faster than traditional compliance material. The commercial opportunity is recurring content and wider departmental use, not a one-off game. To capture it, Gamindo must show that its templates and analytics improve completion or skill transfer while keeping implementation light enough for training teams to run themselves.
