EUVC is Europe’s venture platform - the place where Founding Partners of Europe’s top venture capital funds connect. We started more than five years ago with a simple idea: tell the untold stories of venture capital in Europe through podcasts and other newsletters.
Since then, we’ve grown into a platform that reaches tens of thousands of investors across the continent, through media, events, and education.
Today, we’re recognised as the voice of European venture capital. Tomorrow, our vision is even bigger: to build a broader platform for European tech.
The Role
This role sits at the center of how EUVC grows.
We already produce a high volume of content across podcasts, newsletters, and events. The next step is making that content reach significantly more people and compound over time.
You’ll take ownership of distribution and audience growth. Your job is to ensure everything we create reaches the right people, performs well, and continuously improves.
This is not a traditional “marketing” role. It’s a growth and distribution role focused on execution, learning, and iteration.

You’ll work closely with the content team, using what they create to drive audience growth across channels.
Core Responsibilities
Own distribution: Ensure content is effectively distributed across channels (newsletter, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, partners), not just published
Grow audience: Drive subscriber growth across newsletter and other channels through consistent, repeatable actions
Social media performance: Manage posting strategy, timing, and amplification across platforms, turning content into reach and engagement
Cross-promotion & partnerships: Identify and execute collaborations with other newsletters, podcasts, and ecosystem players
Content amplification: Work with guests, partners, and network to increase reach of each piece of content
Testing & optimisation: Run small experiments (subject lines, hooks, formats, channels) and track what works
Performance tracking: Monitor key metrics (growth, reach, engagement) and feed insights back into what we produce and how we distribute
Build simple systems: Turn what works into repeatable distribution workflows
Growth Path
Ownership: Take increasing ownership of EUVC’s distribution and audience growth as you prove reliability and impact
System building: Move from executing tasks to building simple, repeatable growth systems
Autonomy: Become the person responsible for making EUVC grow consistently
Scope expansion: Work across multiple channels and initiatives as EUVC’s platform expands

Audience is growing consistently (newsletter subscribers, reach, engagement)
Social and distribution are structured and repeatable, not ad hoc

Compensation
€18,000 – €24,000 annual gross, depending on experience and ability to take ownership
Participation in EUVC’s company-wide profit sharing
Location & Working Setup
This role is based in Portugal and requires regular in-person presence.
While parts of the EUVC team operate remotely, we are intentionally building a strong local core team, particularly across operations and content.
