€1m · Pre-Seed · AI · Vilnius, Lithuania
Vilnius-based Guideless has raised €1m in pre-seed funding to develop its AI platform for software training and expand across the UK, Europe and the US. Superhero Capital led the round, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga, Vytautas Atkočaitis and Mantas Mikuckas, all with ties to Vinted. The company says the capital will also support team growth.
Guideless turns a recorded software workflow into an editable training guide. As a user performs a task, the product captures the steps and generates instructions, visual highlights, narration, transcripts and captions. Teams can then revise individual steps, translate a guide into more than 40 languages, embed it in a website or knowledge base, or export it as video, PDF or Markdown, according to the company’s product material.
Editable steps change the maintenance economics
The practical problem is not only creating training content; it is keeping that content accurate as software interfaces and internal processes change. Conventional screen recordings often have to be recreated when one part of a workflow moves. Guideless’ step-based structure is designed to let a team replace the affected instruction or image without rebuilding the entire guide. If that works reliably, documentation becomes a maintained operating asset rather than a one-off recording.
That mechanism also broadens the buyer case. The same captured workflow can support employee onboarding, customer education, standard operating procedures and help-centre content. Sharing and export options let teams distribute guides through tools they already use, while engagement analytics can show whether viewers complete them. The commercial test is whether customers adopt Guideless as the place where workflows are maintained, rather than only as a faster way to make the first video.
Early use points to a wider knowledge layer
Guideless reports more than 3,000 users across 15 markets, with teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association among its users. LRT says the first version reached the market in late 2025 and the company was incorporated in June 2026. Those are company-reported traction figures, but they give the new team an initial base for testing repeat use across different organisations.
The longer-term ambition is to turn captured workflows into structured operational context that employees, customers, partners and AI agents can reuse. That depends on more than generation quality: guides must remain accurate, access controls must fit sensitive internal processes, and teams need a clear owner for approving changes. The pre-seed round gives Guideless room to develop that product and expand internationally; the next evidence will be whether customers keep their workflow library current enough for it to become part of daily operations.
