$19m · Other round · Cybersecurity · Lyon, France
Lyon-based Hackuity, an AI-powered vulnerability-operations platform, has raised $19m in financing that the company describes as a Series B, led by Forgepoint Capital International, with Bright Pixel, Bpifrance and Seventure Partners participating. The announcement says the round takes total funding to $38m and will strengthen the platform and AI capabilities while supporting expansion across Europe and Asia.
Security teams need prioritisation, not another queue
Vulnerability scanners, cloud tools and application-security systems can each surface issues, leaving security teams to reconcile overlapping findings and decide what matters first. Hackuity’s vulnerability-operations approach aggregates that evidence, applies risk context and coordinates remediation. The product’s value therefore depends less on finding every possible flaw than on helping customers direct scarce engineering time towards the most consequential work.
That creates a demanding trust problem for AI. Better prioritisation can accelerate remediation, but opaque recommendations may be difficult for security teams to defend. Hackuity can deepen its commercial position if its models reduce manual triage while keeping evidence and workflows auditable. International expansion then becomes a repeatability test: whether the platform can fit different security stacks and operating practices without recreating services work in each market.
