Austrian customer-loyalty software company hello again has secured a double-digit-million-euro growth investment from funds advised by EMERAM. The founders and existing management will remain involved, and established reporting says the investor is taking a significant minority stake while the founding team retains control. The financing will support expansion beyond the DACH region, product development and hiring.

hello again gives retailers, hospitality operators, bakeries, pharmacies and leisure businesses a white-label way to run their own branded loyalty apps. Its platform combines points and rewards with customer data, push messaging, email, SMS and marketing automation, giving merchants a direct channel to customers rather than leaving that relationship entirely with marketplaces or advertising platforms.
First-party data becomes the distribution layer
The company says more than 1,000 businesses use its software, reaching about 18 million app users across 28 countries. Customers named by EMERAM include Deichmann, Müller and L'Osteria. That footprint gives hello again more than a catalogue of apps: each merchant deployment creates a recurring customer touchpoint and a data set that can make campaigns more specific over time.
The planned AI campaign autopilot is meant to generate one-to-one messages from customer interests and choose when to send them. hello again says this approach can lift revenue by an average of 8%, a company-reported claim that still depends on execution across different merchants and markets. The commercial value is clearest if automation reduces the work needed to run personalised campaigns while keeping the merchant, not an intermediary, in control of the customer relationship.
Expansion tests whether the model travels
hello again reported €10m in recurring annual revenue and 1,000 customers in October 2025, when it said it was profitable and had grown 45% year on year. Current reporting says the company has since grown by about 40% and is considering Spain or Poland as its next focused market. EMERAM's capital therefore arrives after product-market evidence in DACH, rather than funding the first proof of demand.
The harder part of internationalisation will be reproducing distribution. hello again wants to deepen partnerships with point-of-sale providers and resellers and connect merchants through shared benefits, so an offer from one business can reach customers of another. If that network works, it can give smaller merchants reach they could not build alone and make the platform more useful as more partners join. It also raises the execution bar: partner quality, customer consent and relevance must hold across countries, or a shared network becomes another source of unwanted promotions.
