Copenhagen-based Integrator has secured an undisclosed growth investment from a syndicate of Keystones members and an experienced lead team. The capital and investor network will support further development of the company’s self-service business-intelligence platform, a stronger sales organisation and international expansion.
Self-service changes the delivery model
Integrator works across business intelligence, data analytics and financial planning. Its platform is designed to let customers operate and scale data and finance workflows without relying continuously on external consultants. The company also resells Phocas for budgeting and forecasting and has agreed a strategic Nordic rollout of that platform, according to Keystones.
The customer problem is familiar: operational data may already sit in an ERP system, but reporting, budgeting and analysis still depend on manual spreadsheet work. In an Integrator case study, Danish manufacturer Wet Wipe used Phocas with its existing MERA ERP setup so staff could build dashboards, compare sales and margins, and analyse inventory without replacing the core system.
That points to the commercial mechanism behind the investment. Reusable connectors, packaged workflows and customer-owned dashboards can make each deployment less dependent on bespoke consulting hours. Integrator can then grow recurring software and support relationships while reserving specialist work for configuration, integrations and training. The company’s mix of its own platform and a third-party product also makes implementation quality and partner economics important to the scalability claim.
Sales execution is the next constraint
Keystones says Integrator grew 120% year on year, but did not disclose revenue, customer count or the size of the investment. The investor’s thesis is that demonstrated traction, a scalable platform and a growing market create room for stronger go-to-market execution and Nordic expansion. Those are attributed claims rather than independently audited figures.
The next proof point will be whether a larger sales organisation can win repeatable deployments without recreating a consultant-heavy model in each account. Expansion should be visible in new integrations, shorter implementation cycles and customers using more planning and analytics workflows after launch—not only in geographic reach.
