€2m · Pre-Seed · Legaltech · Milan, Italy
Iusful, a platform that combines AI-supported legal workflows with a network of lawyers for Italian SMEs, has raised €2m in pre-seed equity. United Ventures and Italian Founders Fund led the round, with Alecla7, Vento, Vesper Holding and Ithaca Investments participating. The company said the funding will support development and growth after a soft launch in June.
Turning episodic legal work into an operating service
Small companies often buy legal help only after a problem appears, with documents, context and prior advice scattered across email and external firms. Iusful puts intake, company records and routine preparation into one workflow, while reserving legal judgement for qualified lawyers. That can make response times and costs more predictable without presenting automation as a substitute for counsel.
The harder commercial task is coordinating software and professional capacity. Iusful said it handled more than 100 matters between its June soft launch and the financing announcement. The round gives it room to codify repeatable workflows and expand its lawyer network. If service quality holds as volume grows, the model can move SME legal spend from irregular projects towards a continuing operating relationship.
