Istanbul-based Leasingim, a platform that helps small and mid-sized businesses arrange financing for machinery and equipment, has received an undisclosed investment from Insha GSYF. The financial terms were not disclosed. The company says the capital will support its technology infrastructure and team, more integrations with financial institutions, and an AI-assisted financing-matching system.
Founded in 2023 by Derviş Ali Doğanşahin, Leasingim brings businesses, machinery suppliers and financial-leasing providers into one workflow. A business can submit one application, review alternatives and manage the financing process digitally, while a supplier can offer customers financing without building a separate internal leasing operation.
The matching layer is the product
The useful distinction is between distributing an application widely and routing it to an appropriate financing provider. Leasingim says it wants to match each customer with a leasing company suited to the investment rather than sending every request to as many institutions as possible. That turns information about the business, the equipment and the proposed transaction into a core part of the product.
For an SME, the promised benefit is a clearer comparison and less duplicated administration. For a leasing provider, a structured request could reduce the work needed to understand what is being financed and whether it fits the institution's criteria. The harder execution task is building integrations and decision logic that preserve each provider's credit policies while giving the applicant a coherent experience.
Machinery suppliers provide a second distribution route
Leasingim also positions itself as a digital leasing department for equipment vendors. If a supplier can introduce finance when a buyer is choosing a machine, financing becomes part of the sales process rather than a separate search after the purchase decision. The platform can coordinate documents, offers and status updates across the buyer, seller and leasing company.
Insha Ventures says it has followed Leasingim since the Albaraka Garaj accelerator and will support the company as it strengthens its infrastructure, integrations and reach. That relationship may be useful if it produces working connections to financial institutions; the commercial test is whether those integrations lead to faster, better-matched approvals rather than simply more application volume.
