$3.75m · Pre-Seed · AI · Munich, Germany
Munich-based Marble Cognition has raised $3.75m in pre-seed funding, co-led by Heartcore Capital and Seedcamp with participation from angel investors. The company will use the capital to scale inference, expand its Munich engineering team and launch in the US.
Automation starts with observing the work
Marble records how employees use business applications, turns clicks, screen activity and workflow events into structured process maps, and then deploys software agents called Marble Coworkers to execute repeatable tasks in the same tools. The company says personal data is redacted before analysis and employees control when recording is active.
The approach addresses a practical limit in enterprise automation: many important processes live across inboxes, spreadsheets and employee judgement rather than in documented procedures. Mapping the work before automating it can reduce the configuration burden, but Marble still has to show that observed behaviour captures exceptions and controls accurately enough for customers to trust agents with operational tasks.
Early deployments test measurable productivity
Seedcamp reports that one private-equity-backed US financial-services customer cut handling time per case by 90% and processed 50% more cases in the first month without adding staff. Those are company-supplied results from an early deployment, but they indicate the metric Marble must reproduce as it expands: completed work, not simply agent activity.
