Castellón-based niubiq has raised €410,000 in funding in a round led by Angels Capital, with the Club de Inversión Órbita and Elephant also participating, according to Cinco Días and Angels Capital. The company says the capital will reinforce its six-person team, support product development and accelerate customer acquisition.

niubiq addresses a gap between lead generation and the final CRM outcome. Marketing teams can see where a lead originated and sales teams can see whether an opportunity closed, but the conversations and follow-up between those points often remain fragmented. The platform connects calls, video meetings, in-person meetings, WhatsApp, email and CRM records, then structures and scores those interactions against objectives defined by the customer.
Turning conversations into comparable sales data
The product is positioned beyond transcription. niubiq says it converts each interaction into consistently named fields, allowing managers to compare hundreds of conversations, identify recurring loss reasons and trace which campaigns produced buyers. Its product material lists integrations with platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Zoho, Meet, Teams, Zoom and Aircall, while a bidirectional CRM connection can return structured fields and won-or-lost outcomes.
That creates a specific commercial mechanism: one dataset can connect marketing source, sales execution and final conversion, giving marketing and sales a shared basis for changing campaigns, qualification and scripts. The value depends on enough interaction volume to reveal patterns. niubiq says the product is designed for teams handling more than 200 sales conversations a month and that it processed about 4,000 anonymised reports between January and July 2026.
Early traction, then a distribution test
The company was incorporated in June 2025 by Gonzalo Bravo and Sergio Aguado. Angels Capital’s portfolio history says niubiq had seven paying customers by the end of that year, grew revenue 2.9 times and recurring revenue 2.6 times between the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026, and was selected among the VDS Startup Competition’s 2026 top 100. The same source records the financing as closed in August, before its public announcement on 6 October.
The round gives niubiq resources to test whether those early signals can become repeatable distribution. Its software can work without a CRM connection, but the company says the two-way integration is where campaign, conversation and revenue data reinforce one another. Scaling therefore depends not only on winning more customers, but on fitting securely into the communication and CRM tools that their commercial teams already use.
