€220k · Other round · Software · Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona-based omnichannel loyalty software company OmniWallet has closed a €220k capital increase from new strategic partners whose names were not disclosed. The company said the financing will support product development, customer acquisition, commercial partnerships and international expansion after five years of building with internally generated revenue, according to a 27 October announcement.
Five bootstrapped years change what the capital must do
OmniWallet gives retailers and other businesses one system for loyalty programmes and customer data across online and physical channels. Its product documentation describes a shared customer profile that connects purchases, points, rewards and digital cards in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The platform integrates with ecommerce software, point-of-sale systems, CRM and marketing tools, allowing a merchant to recognise the same customer and apply the same programme whether a purchase happens on a website or in a store.
The company says more than 300 shops and businesses use the platform, which manages over 200 million loyalty points a year and is linked to more than €100m of transactions. It also reports 150% year-on-year growth between 2025 and 2026. Those are company-supplied figures, but they explain why this first outside capital is framed less as product validation and more as a way to accelerate a model already sold through recurring subscriptions.
That sequencing makes the identities and operating experience of the new shareholders commercially important even though they remain undisclosed. OmniWallet’s published plans combine fixed monthly subscriptions with usage-based charges, so growth depends on adding merchants and then expanding the activity running through each account. Partners who can open sector-specific distribution channels may therefore contribute more than the €220k alone, particularly if they reduce the cost and time needed to win customers in new markets.
Expansion raises the integration burden
OmniWallet plans to deepen automation, AI, analytics and personalisation while expanding first into Italy and Portugal and then into Colombia, Chile, Panama and Ecuador. The same integrations that make the product useful also create an execution test: ecommerce, point-of-sale and back-office systems vary by merchant and market. International growth will depend on making those connections repeatable without turning a subscription product into a collection of bespoke implementation projects.
