€1.2m · Other round · AI · Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona-based PageMind, which helps online retailers structure product information for search and AI assistants, has raised a €1.2m funding round. 4Founders Capital led the financing, with David Martín, CEO of Tradeinn, and Javier Pérez-Tenessa, co-founder of 4Founders Capital and eDreams, participating personally. The company says the capital will fund product development, team growth and international expansion, with the US as its priority market.
Product data becomes a distribution channel
PageMind says its software learns a retailer's catalogue, brand voice and customer language, then prepares product descriptions, FAQs, buying guides and comparisons for human review. It also analyses what shoppers search for and where product information is missing. The aim is to make a catalogue easier to understand in conventional search results, AI-generated answers and on-site conversations without asking content teams to write every page manually.
That turns catalogue enrichment into more than a publishing task. A retailer can use the same structured product knowledge to answer pre-purchase questions, surface relevant products and give search systems clearer evidence about what each item is for. The commercial value depends on whether better information leads to discovery and qualified traffic, rather than simply producing more copy. Human review is therefore part of the product proposition: retailer expertise and brand rules still need to govern what is published.
Tradeinn gives the model an early proof point
Tradeinn is PageMind's first major customer. The company reported through Cinco Días that the deployment increased product discovery fifteenfold and organic clicks by 24%; PageMind's current site also claims a 1,476% increase in Google AI Overview impressions. These are company-reported results, not independent benchmarks, but they give the product a concrete starting point. Martín's participation also links the round to the operator of that first large deployment. The next test is whether PageMind can reproduce the result across retailers with different catalogues, languages and approval processes while showing which changes actually drive incremental sales.
