€400k · Pre-Seed · AI · Madrid, Spain
Madrid-based Reply Next has raised €400k in pre-seed funding for its AI platform for managing the digital presence of multi-location brands. 4Founders Capital led the round, with business angels Juanjo Mostazo and David Alcobero participating.
Reply Next brings listings, reviews, ratings and messages from channels including Google Maps, Booking, the App Store and Google Play into one dashboard. Its agents can respond to customers, flag issues and opportunities, monitor competitors and act under each brand's guidelines. The funding will strengthen its technology and sales teams, accelerate product development and support new agents for automating brand processes and decisions.
A shared view turns local signals into network actions
A brand with hundreds of locations can collect thousands of customer signals without having a consistent way to route them. Centralising those interactions gives Reply Next a common data layer for comparing locations, spotting repeated problems and applying approved responses across the network. That makes uneven service quality visible before it becomes a network-wide brand problem.
The value depends on turning that visibility into controlled action. Automating every reply or operational decision would create brand and customer-service risk, so the commercial test is whether Reply Next can give headquarters scale while preserving local context, permissions and clear review rules for higher-impact actions.
