$10.4m · Other round · Software · London, UK
Resolutiion, a London-based commercial risk and delivery intelligence company, has raised $10.4m in a funding round. Cherry Ventures, Octopus Ventures, LocalGlobe and Auxxo participated.
The company says it will use the capital to develop its platform and expand its work with organisations in sectors including defence and energy. Resolutiion is built for the period after contracts are signed, combining commercial documents with live delivery signals to help teams identify friction before it becomes a formal dispute.
Commercial risk sits between systems
Resolutiion's product thesis starts with a coordination problem: contracts, purchase orders, project updates, invoices and supplier communications are usually owned by different functions. Its OctaviaCore engine is designed to connect those inputs and maintain a live view of obligations, performance and emerging risk across a commercial relationship.
That can move intervention upstream from legal escalation into procurement and operations, where teams still have room to correct delivery. The commercial test is whether Resolutiion can make those signals explainable and actionable without adding another stream of alerts. Integrations, permissions and evidence trails therefore matter as much as the model's ability to detect a pattern.
