£4m · Other round · Marketing · London, UK
London-based Round Group has secured a £4m growth investment from Foresight Group to expand its technology-enabled creator marketing business. Foresight announced the deal on 14 October 2026, saying the capital will support UK growth, entry into the US and Asia-Pacific markets, further platform development and key hires.
Founded in London in 2019, Round designs and runs short-form social campaigns for music, entertainment and consumer-brand clients. Its public website describes the company as a technology-enabled agency combining data, creative strategy and creator communities. Foresight says Round’s proprietary platform supports campaign planning and activation, creator payments and performance analytics.
Turning campaign operations into reusable infrastructure
Creator marketing often requires brands and agencies to coordinate discovery, briefs, content approvals, payments and reporting across many participants. Round’s commercial proposition is to put those workflows into one operating layer while retaining an agency team for strategy and creative execution. If the platform reduces administrative work and makes campaign results easier to measure, the same technology can support more campaigns and markets without every new engagement requiring an entirely separate process.
That hybrid model also explains why the funding is aimed at both software and people. Product development can make workflows more repeatable, while new hires and local market knowledge are still needed to win and service clients. Round says its campaigns are informed by real-time trend analysis and creator data; the investment gives it room to test whether that system transfers beyond its UK base.
International growth raises the execution bar
Foresight’s announcement says the company plans to expand into the US and APAC, alongside domestic growth. Those markets broaden the potential customer and creator pool, but they also increase the operational challenge: platform capability, campaign quality and creator relationships all have to remain consistent across different cultural and commercial contexts.
The investor is also bringing governance support. Liz Sands, previously chief executive of talent and luxury-brand agency Great Bowery, will join Round as non-executive chair. Foresight senior investment manager Dave Guy said the firm is backing Round’s specialist position in growing end markets and its management team.
The next useful evidence will be whether Round converts the new capital into repeatable international client work and a larger share of activity handled through its technology platform. That would show the business scaling as more than a conventional agency headcount model.
