€880k · Pre-Seed · Software · Valencia, Spain
Valencia-based Ruit has closed an €880k pre-seed round led by Abac Nest. Angels Capital, Decelera, SuccessfulVC and strategic business angels participated, while ENISA supported the financing through a non-dilutive participatory loan. The company plans to strengthen its team, accelerate product development, scale sales in Spain and support international expansion.
One inventory can serve several storefronts
Professional secondhand sellers often need to publish the same item across multiple marketplaces, each with its own listing and account. Ruit turns that fragmented work into one inventory record. Sellers create or import a product once, choose where to publish it, and can keep its price and stock synchronised across Wallapop, Vinted, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and Todocolección; IberLibro is in beta.
When an item sells through one channel, Ruit can reduce the central stock and remove the other listings, addressing the double-sale risk that grows as a reseller adds distribution. Its paid functions cover the repetitive work around publishing, synchronisation, unified messages, search alerts and automation, while a free account retains inventory and basic marketplace connections.
The commercial value is therefore not another place to sell. Ruit lets a professional seller broaden distribution without multiplying the administrative work attached to each additional channel. A central product record also makes the software more useful as inventory grows: every price change, stock update or sale can propagate from the same operational source rather than being reconciled manually across storefronts.
Integration depth is the execution test
That value depends on the reliability of each marketplace connection. Ruit's own documentation shows the technical variation: eBay uses an authorisation flow, several commerce platforms use account keys, while Wallapop and Vinted require a Chrome extension because they do not offer a public API. Features also differ by channel, including which marketplaces support unified messaging or imported orders.
This makes coverage both a distribution advantage and a maintenance obligation. Each added channel gives sellers another audience, but Ruit must keep publishing, stock and session handling dependable as third-party platforms change. The financing gives the team more capacity to deepen that operating layer while entering more markets.
Economía Digital reports that more than 3,000 sellers have used Ruit to manage over one million listings. Those are company-reported figures, but they indicate the workflow is already being tested across meaningful inventory volume. The next milestone is whether Ruit can convert that usage into durable subscriptions while preserving reliable synchronisation as its marketplace and country coverage expands.
