$1m · Pre-Seed · Software · Paris, France
Paris-based Shiplog has raised a $1m pre-seed round co-led by Kima Ventures and Project Europe, with Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN and the Station F Fund also participating. The company says it will use the financing to accelerate development of Ada, its AI customer-intelligence agent, as it launches its first enterprise partner pilots and hires engineers.
Turning customer data into a decision layer
Founded in March 2026 by Khushi Mehta and Mehdi Gribaa, Shiplog is building Ada to connect signals from the systems that already hold customer data, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Shopify and Stripe. According to the company, the agent assembles those signals into a live profile for each account, identifies churn, adoption and expansion patterns, and recommends or carries out the next action inside existing revenue-team tools.
Shiplog is targeting a familiar operating gap in recurring-revenue businesses. Product usage, support history, billing events and CRM activity may each reveal part of an account's condition, but the commercial decision still depends on somebody noticing the combined pattern in time. Ada's proposed mechanism is to resolve those records into one account view, weigh multiple signals together and attach evidence to a concrete action, such as alerting a customer-success manager before renewal risk hardens or opening an expansion conversation when usage approaches a plan limit.
That shifts the product's claim beyond analytics. A dashboard can describe a change; Shiplog wants its software to decide what should happen next and, where customers permit it, execute the workflow. The company says teams can keep a person in the loop or automate a proven play. That flexibility matters because the product will sit close to customer messaging and account decisions, where an inaccurate signal can create churn rather than prevent it.
The first enterprise pilots therefore carry more weight than their number. They must show that combining fragmented data produces timely actions that improve retention or expansion, rather than a more elaborate alert stream. Shiplog's early backing gives the founders room to test that loop across real customer stacks; the commercial proof will be whether teams trust the recommendations, integrate them into daily work and can measure a durable lift in net revenue retention.
