SEK 20m · Other round · Transportation · Lund, Sweden
SiB Solutions, which uses intelligent video and AI to identify errors in warehouse and transport workflows, has raised SEK 20m in a funding round. Øresund Startup News reports that new and existing shareholders participated, including the company's largest owner, Scania Growth Capital. The Lund company is using the capital to continue its international expansion after doubling contracted annual recurring revenue in the US this year.
Turning warehouse video into searchable operations
Most warehouse systems record what should have happened: an order was picked, a parcel scanned or a pallet moved. SiB Solutions adds visual evidence of what physically happened. Its platform captures video at critical process points, converts footage into metadata and combines it with barcode, warehouse-management, transport-management or manufacturing-system data. Staff can search by an order number, package ID or part number to investigate a deviation, while edge processing and AI can also warn operators in real time.
That makes the product more than a camera archive. A customer is paying to shorten the path from a damaged, misplaced or incorrectly handled item to a defensible root cause. The company sells the service by subscription and can extend it across inbound logistics, outbound logistics and inventory handling. Each additional site or process can add recurring revenue without requiring the customer to replace its warehouse software, provided SiB Solutions can keep integrations and deployment repeatable.
The partner network supports that model. Scania Growth Capital's manager describes the product as a cloud platform enhanced by edge AI, while SiB Solutions lists Axis, IBM and Toyota Material Handling Europe's Logiconomi ecosystem among its technology and distribution relationships. Warehouse-management vendors, logistics consultants and automation companies can introduce the service into operating environments they already know.
US growth now has to become durable site expansion
The new financing follows measurable commercial progress, although the company has not disclosed its absolute revenue base. CEO and co-founder Stefan Borg told Rapidus that US contracted recurring revenue doubled in 2026, more than half of revenue now comes from outside the Nordics, and average contracted recurring revenue is growing 30% to 40%. The company is targeting profitability in 2027 and says it could be profitable sooner by reducing its growth investment.
Earlier company reporting provides a useful baseline. By March 2025, SiB Solutions said it had deployed at 45 logistics sites across eight countries, with customers including large industrial and third-party logistics operators. Its current customer material names Scania Parts Logistics, PostNord TPL, King Solutions and Bileko among users of the service.
The commercial test for the SEK 20m is therefore not simply adding US contracts. SiB Solutions needs to turn those wins into repeatable installations across more sites and workflows, while maintaining the integrations that make video searchable inside daily operations. If deployment effort falls as the installed base grows, site expansion can compound subscription revenue. If every warehouse requires extensive custom work, international growth will consume much more of the capital it is meant to accelerate.
