€1.2m · Pre-Seed · AI · Milan, Italy
Milan-based SimpL has raised a €1.2m pre-seed round led by Techshop Capital, with Vento Ventures and angel investors also participating. The company’s 6 October announcement says the financing will support product development, strengthen the technology and grow the team; BeBeez independently reported the round the following day.
SimpL is building an AI operating system for B2B sales teams. It analyses public signals such as job postings, company pages and news, organises them in a proprietary knowledge graph, and uses predictive models to decide which decision-makers are most likely to respond, when to contact them and through which channel. The company says the system connects with email, CRM and calendar tools, then manages outreach and replies through to a qualified meeting without relying on fixed message sequences.

Outcome pricing changes the product test
The commercial model is unusual for sales software: customers do not pay per seat or upfront. SimpL’s current product page says it charges an agreed €70–150 or more for each qualified meeting that actually takes place, with qualification criteria set before work begins. That makes the proposition easier to compare with a sales outcome than with another tool subscription.
It also moves more delivery risk onto SimpL. Revenue depends on finding accounts that fit, producing outreach that earns a response and turning that response into a meeting the customer accepts as qualified. The model therefore tests prediction quality and unit economics together: weak targeting does not merely reduce engagement; it creates work that cannot be billed. Conversely, learning which signals precede accepted meetings could improve both the product and its margins.
The feedback loop is the defensible layer
SimpL says every positive and negative response feeds back into later interactions. That loop is more important than message generation alone. The product has to distinguish a meaningful buying signal from noise, preserve enough account context to personalise a conversation and learn across outcomes without flattening every customer into the same playbook. The company’s website displays sales teams including Allianz, Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo, Inaz, IONOS, Reverse and Starting Finance as users of the platform.
Techshop Capital partner Giovanni Strocchi framed the investment around vertical software built on proprietary data and AI, with measurable impact and outcome-based pricing. The round gives SimpL resources to deepen that system, but the operating milestones are concrete: better account selection, more accepted qualified meetings and a cost base that stays attractive when the software is paid only after delivery.
