€1m · Other round · Software · Helsinki, Finland
Helsinki-based STRGY AI has raised €1m in a financing package combining angel investment, equity participation from Innovestor's Angel CoFund and non-dilutive support from Business Finland. Private investors from Finland, the UK, Norway and Switzerland also participated. The company says the funds will expand its commercial team, support product development and deepen enterprise customer relationships.
STRGY's StrategyOS software is built for chiefs of staff, strategy leaders and operating executives who need to connect high-level priorities with day-to-day work. According to the company, the platform maps activity to strategic goals, flags drift and automates reporting for leadership teams and boards.
Turning strategy into an operating system
Most organisations already have project-management, finance and reporting tools. STRGY's opportunity is not to replace every system, but to become the layer that interprets whether work across them still supports the plan. If it can give leaders a current view rather than a quarterly retrospective, the product can move strategy from a presentation cycle into an ongoing management process.
The challenge is context. A missed milestone may signal execution drift, an intentional reprioritisation or a dependency outside the team's control. Software that only aggregates status creates another dashboard; software that recommends intervention has to explain its evidence well enough for executives to trust it. That makes integration quality and auditability as important as the AI interface.
Early deployments must become repeatable
STRGY says StrategyOS is already used by early customers among consumer brands and private-equity-backed companies, with additional enterprise deployments in progress. Investor Maryne Lemvik said she backed the company after testing the product and seeing its potential to reduce the time leadership teams spend assembling board reports. Those are company and investor claims, but they identify the commercial mechanism: use operational data once for continuous alignment and for reporting.
The financing mixes dilutive and non-dilutive capital, so it should not be read as a pure €1m equity round. It gives the young company room to improve the product and build sales capacity while planned deployments and launches remain ahead. The next evidence will be whether STRGY can onboard customers without extensive consulting and whether leadership teams continue using the platform after the initial strategy setup.
