Tandem Health, whose AI assistant helps clinicians prepare for consultations, document care and manage follow-up tasks, has raised $100m in Series B funding. The round was led by the Scaleup Europe Fund, managed by EQT, with existing investors Kinnevik, Northzone, Amino Collective and Visionaries participating. The funding will support deeper medical-record integrations and expansion into clinic operations, including scheduling and patient communication.
From consultation notes to the clinic’s working day
Tandem’s expansion moves the product into the handovers around a consultation: preparing the record, capturing what happened and making sure the next task reaches the right person. This connects to a wider opportunity in European healthcare AI, where value depends on fitting local care pathways and reimbursement systems. Tandem says it already integrates with more than 130 medical-record systems.
For the company, those connections could support a broader relationship with each provider as it adds workflows. They also make deployment and maintenance part of the product’s economics. The next commercial step is to turn that existing integration work into repeatable clinic-wide adoption, with staff able to spend less time moving information between tools.
