$10.3m · Seed · Software · Helsinki, Finland
Zero, a Helsinki-based developer of go-to-market software, has raised a $10.3m seed round led by Primary Venture Partners. Inception Fund, Defiant and Greens also participated, alongside founders from Lovable, Supercell, Langdock, Silo AI and Depict. The company says the funding accompanies the public launch of a platform that connects prospecting, sales and customer success while assigning routine commercial work to software agents.
A shared customer record can reduce the cost of handoffs
Zero is betting that the burden around revenue teams comes less from any single sales task than from information breaking across tools and functions. Its product keeps prospecting, deal and customer-success context together, while agents build lists, update records and monitor customer health. If that shared context stays accurate, a smaller team can carry an account from first contact through renewal without recreating its history at every handoff.
That integration also concentrates operational risk. Automating actions across the customer lifecycle makes data quality, permissions and human review more important because a bad update can affect several workflows at once. Zero says users control what reaches customers; the commercial test is whether the platform can preserve that control while replacing enough point tools to make migration worthwhile.
