Antwerp, Belgium · AI consumer research · Series A · $50m · Announced 2 September 2026
Conveo, which uses AI to interview consumers and turn their responses into searchable research, has raised $50m in Series A funding. Investors include DST Global Partners, Balderton Capital, Visionaries Club, 6 Degrees Capital and Y Combinator. The announcement says the capital will support US expansion.
The $50m is the new round; the announcement puts total funding to date at $55.8m.
Turning consumer insight into product decisions
Our read: the useful test for AI research is whether teams make better decisions with it. More interviews create an opportunity, but product and marketing teams still need clear questions, a way to assess the evidence and a habit of acting on what they learn. That connects to the emphasis on deliberate learning in EUVC’s Consumer Tech Napkin series.

From individual studies to recurring use
Balderton’s announcement describes Conveo’s ambition to make research a shared resource across teams. The question we would follow is whether customers return to accumulated findings when a new decision arises—and commission further research to close specific gaps. That would make the product useful beyond the delivery of a single study.
