Istanbul-based advertising-technology company Ingosa has raised an undisclosed strategic investment from FutureBright Ventures. eGirisim first reported the deal on 6 August 2026, and Webrazzi confirmed that the financial details were not disclosed. Ingosa said it would use the backing to scale InsightMate in Türkiye, accelerate growth and prepare for international expansion.
InsightMate turns ordinary digital advertising placements into interactive research interfaces. Rather than sending a user to a separate survey or landing page, the product lets a brand ask questions and collect declared preferences inside the website or digital channel where the audience is already active. Ingosa says the resulting feedback can be passed into customer-relationship systems and used to generate continuously updated consumer insight.
Making banner inventory do two jobs
The commercial proposition is to make the same media placement perform both marketing and research. A banner can still present a product or offer, but it can also gather responses about preferences, needs or purchase intent. That removes a step from the conventional research journey and gives brands a direct source of first-party data at the moment of engagement.
Ingosa CEO Gökçe Duman told eGirisim that the company had begun discussions with 20 brands and was already producing real-time insight with five. Those are company-reported figures rather than independently audited traction, but they show the immediate test for the product: whether interactive placements can move from pilots into recurring campaigns and research workflows.
The model also creates a quality challenge. More responses are useful only if brands understand who chose to interact, obtain appropriate consent and avoid treating a self-selecting audience as representative of an entire market. Ingosa's value will therefore depend not only on the interface, but on question design, data handling and how reliably the output connects to decisions.
Distribution is part of the investment thesis
FutureBright brings more than capital. eGirisim says the wider group has research expertise, a data infrastructure and relationships with more than 1,100 brands. Combining that network with Ingosa's software could shorten the route from product development to enterprise deployment, while giving the startup practical feedback across sectors and campaign formats.
Ingosa was founded in 2022 by Gökçe Duman, Dürin Artuk and Muammer Okumuş. The company has previously described itself as a conversational-advertising platform; the FutureBright partnership pushes that technology further into research and insight generation. The execution question is whether the partnership can turn a promising format into repeatable software and services that brands use beyond one-off campaigns.
Updated 18 October 2026 — Ingosa announced a separate second investment from FutureBright Ventures on 21 September; EUVC covers that later financing here.
